What you need to know before having the permanent make-up procedure done?
The contraindications for getting permanent make-up include
- Insulin-dependent diabetes
- Tumours with anunclear aetiology and other
- Oncological diseases
- High arterial blood pressure
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Various allergic reactions
- Inflammatory skin diseases in the area where the permanent make-up is planned
- Acute stages of herpes
- Menstruation – during this time more bleeding and pain may occur, so we recommend
- Doing the procedure mid-cycle
- Alcohol and narcotic intoxication
- Absolute contraindications to the procedure
- VViral diseases (HIV, AIDS, hepatitis)
Before coming to the studio for the procedure,we recommend that you
- Not consume any alcohol 24 hours before and after the procedure
- Not take any medications 2 hours before the procedure
- Not consume vitamin C a week before the procedure
- Before getting permanent make-up done,you should do a 5-day anti-herpes virus prophylactic treatment (information about herpes drugs can be acquiredfrom pharmacies). Herpes is an individual reaction and we cannotguarantee that it will not appear.
If you have previously had permanent make-up done at another salon, we suggest that you come in for a consultation.

DO NOT get a chemical peel - 28 DAYS BEFORE
DO NOT get a Botox treatment - 7 DAYS BEFORE
DO NOT tan or have a sunburned
DO NOT pluck, wax, tint, thread or use hair removal products.
DO NOT use retinol/Retin-A or other anti-ageing/anti-acne creams.
DO NOT apply serums containing acids to the eyebrows. - 48 HOURS BEFORE
DO NOT take aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil (omega-3) or CoQ10. - 24 HOURS BEFORE
DO NOT drink alcohol or consume products containing caffeine.
After the procedure
- Post-procedure swelling around the eyes may remain for 1-2 days
- If possible, avoid getting permanent make-up during the summer months. We also do not recommend getting it done before travelling to warm countries
- Carefully read the information about post-procedure care
- The colour of the pigment will stabilize after 28 days
- The intensity and extent (width, length) of the permanent make-up can be changed during later corrections.
